Ball 2 Return & Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of Ball 2 and want you to have a great experience. Ball 2 comes with a 30-day limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects and hardware-related damage.
If your Ball 2 arrives damaged or becomes non-functional due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days, you may return it for a refund or request an exchange.
Please note:
- Sperry Labs does not warrant that the operation of the product will be free from minimal errors
- This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Returns cannot be accepted for general dissatisfaction with the product after use.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
